Overview
With the growing concerns about over ventilating properties, the Multispeed Multivent offers the option of 'Close Control' both in the residential and the commercial sectors. With a DC motor that can be set to ventilate any area up to 444m³, the Multispeed Multivent is the most efficient central extract unit in the UK.
The unit has 7 pre-set speed settings based on typical house sizes, offering performances from 155 to 444m³/h. Within each of the 7 settings are 5 different speeds for various functions such as present, not present, 2 people occupancy, a night time setting and boost.
Once a house size has been selected the controller that comes complete with the unit can be connected to the system. The controller has 5 buttons to select the 5 different speeds.
Installation
The unit can be installed either horizontally or vertically and where the ambient air has a high humidity content condensate drains are provided.
